What does this database do?

This database houses procedural reference material for may different lines of business developed by the Compliance & Procedure Team. It provides quick, easy access to information with topic driven navigation and flexible search capabilities. For purposes of this demo, all proprietary information has been removed. Converted from a "vanilla" Lotus Notes database into an Intranet resource by Bruce Gandy for MetLife.

Who will use this database?

This database is available to many different units. The material has been developed for use by CSCs in the Call Centers. However, many other units also use the database as a reference.

Where to find more information?

A user has several resources available to aid in using this database.

1.) Click on the HELP menu located on the left menu

Access Control:

Reference information that is available to a user is determined by their profile (e.g., a Dental CSC will not be able to see LTC reference information). In addition, most users have read-only access, i.e., there is no danger of accidentally updating or deleting a document.

Members of the Compliance & Procedures team have editor access.
