Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Professional Speed Networking, Ltd. (“we” or “us” or “Professional Speed Networking”), the service for professionals in the fashion industry to meet each other and exchange ideas. By using this Website (the “Site”) you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement"), even if you choose not to register for a networking session with us. Please read this Agreement as it sets out the legally binding terms of your registration. You are also advised to read our Privacy Policy .

The cost of each networking session is $50, including an 8.625% New York State sales tax. This amount must be paid in advance through the Registration Process available on the “Site”. This fee is nonrefundable unless Professional Speed Networking cancels the session, in which case the fee will be completely refunded.

In exchange for this fee, you will be offered the opportunity to participate in a single networking session which will last between approximately one hour and one hour and thirty minutes. Each session will include a maximum of twenty four (24) professionals. On the day following the event, you will receive the name and email of every professional who participated in your session. In the instance that there is more than one session occurring at the same event, you will only receive the names and emails of those registrants who participated in your session. We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled session, and to either reschedule same, or assign you to another session, or issue a refund.

Professional Speed Networking owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Site and the service it provides. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will we be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits resulting from your use of our services even if Professional Speed Networking has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Professional Speed Networking’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to us.

If there are any disputes about or involving the Site and/or Service, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in the city, state and federal courts in the State of New York, County of New York.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Professional Speed Networking, its affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and Professional Speed Networking regarding the use of our services. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
